• Free shipping for all orders with 2 - 5 business day delivery from shipment date
• UPS Second Day Air^® or UPS Next Day Air^® shipping available upon request at customer expense for all brands except Oskar Emil. We do not add any additional fees--the price quoted on the order form is the exact price charged to us by the UPS.
• Oskar Emil watches: To offer our customers the best possible prices and service, we've arranged with Oskar Emil to have their chronograph watches shipped directly from their warehouse in Great Britain via Royal Mail-International Signed-For Mail. All orders are insured. Orders arrive in about 5 - 7 business days from shipment date, in most cases. Shipping is still free.
• Tourbillons: Francois Rotier, Longio, and Auguste Galan tourbillons are shipped with free two-day shipping. Aeromatic 1912 tourbillons are shipped via free overnight shipping. (If you're willing to pay this much for a watch, we don't think you should have pay more just to get it.)
• All orders are fully insured and trackable
• Orders normally ship within 1 - 2 business days after we receive your payment unless otherwise specified.
• North Carolina residents: 6.75% state sales tax will be added to your order (sorry--it's the law!)

• Delivery of orders outside the U.S.A. usually takes from 3 - 5 business days from date of shipment.  Priority shipping is used to ship tourbillon watches, so these will usually arrive within 2 - 3 business days from their date of shipment.

Return Policy:

• To qualify for our Hassle-Free Guarantee,^smyou must return your purchase to us via United Parcel Post or Federal Express in its original condition within ten (10) business days of receiving it.
